I have seen references for NEMSIS that read: 

NEMSIS v2.2.1 

NEMSIS v2.2.1 / HL7 (RAS) 

NEMSIS v2.2.1 / HL& (RAS) 

NEMSIS / HL7, AHRQ Natl Patient / Evacuee Track Sys. 

NEMSIS v2.2.1 seems to be the most popular but the others occur as well.

Proposal: Create a single label for NEMSIS v2.2.1 and use that throughout the document.
