The event term wording may be a broader generalization than the actual intended meaning. For example, âair qualityâ as a term should have a broader definition than what is often implied as the more narrowly defined âpoor air qualityâ. The repeated usage of the term âair qualityâ, for the purposes of issuing alerts for âpoor air qualityâ, has led to a subtle training of the audience over time to interpret âair qualityâ as âpoor air qualityâ.
