Possible product description of a Regulation Service. I had hoped to get feedback from IRC members before sharing, but the call seems to demand it now. I think the Option is missing an availability, i.e., the period in  which the service is contracted for. That, however, is one of the things I wanted feedback on. The other ? is whether a Regulation Service should be described in terms of Energy or of Power.
