Groups - Energy Interoperation TC Weekly Teleconference modified

Welcome back.
Not to complain but: an hour before the meeting a) is 7:00 AM PDT and b) it’s not enough time to review and be prepared for the meeting.
Can we discuss moving the meetings to later in the day?
