SPECIAL UPDATE - MEETING STARTS 60 minutes later than usual.

The NIST webinar on the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel conflicts with
the Energy Interoperation TC meeting this week.

After a poll of members, we will start the meeting 60 minutes later that
usual, and run for less than 60 minutes.

Sorry for the late notice. I hadn't planned on attending the webinar
because I realized the conflict but then didn't remember it :-(
