Draft list of post PR02 vote work items

From our point of views, It is my understanding that PAP 10 is concerned with (1) issues such as meter data ownership, access, sharing, security and (2) a standard format for communication energy usage information. EMIX and EI are primarily concerned with the communication of energy delivery as a basis for DR and Transactive Energy.   Energy delivery is both energy usage and energy generation with a Boolean variable which is true for injection to a grid and false for takeout from the grid. The EMIX delivery artifact was designed to be consistent with PAP 10. The EMIX was planned to serve as the payload for the EIDelivery Service. Tasks: 1. Verify the assumptions as stated above. 2. Verify that the EMIX Delivery artifact is consistent with PAP10 and compatible with generation deliveries per IRC. 3. Specify the EIDelivery artifact and request comments. Edward G. We'll be discussing and voting on this today, July 6th.  The list is not in any intended order. The numbers in parentheses are Jira ENERGYINTEROP- issue numbers and are examples, not the entire list of related issues. We'll need to continue or start work on these right away so they can be ready and approved by the TC before the Public Review period ends. Some of these could be combined.
