Ballot Question: Shall the Energy Interoperation Technical Committee do the following, as replacements for work product in the publication queue as Committee Specification Draft 02 and Public Review 02? (1) Issue OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Working Draft 26 and its associated XML artifacts packaged together in the Energy Interoperation TC archive at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/42849/energyinterop-1-0-wd26.zip as Energy Interoperation Committee Specification Draft 02 and direct the Chair to request that the TC Administrator process Working Draft 26 and its associated XML artifacts and further direct the chair to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator, including but not limited to updating namespace document requests and submission forms, to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable.  The PDF version is definitive. (2) Issue OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Committee Specification Draft 02 for a fifteen-day Public Review, and direct the Chair and TC Administrator to perform the necessary actions for that Public Review to start as soon as practicable. Discussion: This ballot, if approved, will permit the TC Administrator to publish the Energy Interoperation 1.0 PR02/CSD02 with direct references in the schemas to the now-published EMIX PR03 schemas on the web; the effect of a NO vote is to keep a copy of the EMIX schemas in the publication package as approved on July 6. There will be no effect on the publication schedule; and the TC Administrator fully understands that with the changes below he can start work immediately on the document.
