Thanks, Toby. The ballot has been opened. Voting members (see the Roster) have received mail Friday from workgroup mailer and will get reminders to vote. NOTE THAT IF YOU FILTER ON [energyinterop] IN THE SUBJECT LINE that this does not have that text, so look in your unfiltered email. All reminder notices will be in the same format. THIS IS A PROCEDURAL BALLOT - the changes are below. This is ONLY to remove the copy of the EMIX schemas from the public review package, with no change to the spec or the schemas other than the minimum to do that. This is an inline update to the EI PR02/CSD02 in process - this is still PR02, and we still plan on PR03... For where the ballot question text came from, see motion 4 on July 6: I move to issue OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Working Draft 25 and its associated XML artifacts packaged together in the Energy Interoperation TC archive at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/42830/energyinterop-1-0-wd25.zip as Energy Interoperation Committee Specification Draft 02 and direct the Chair to request that the TC Administrator process Working Draft 25 and its associated XML artifacts and further direct the chair to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator, including but not limited to updating namespace document requests and submission forms, to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable. In addition, Chairs will request that TC Admin insert the correct Public URIs for EMIX and WS-Calendar PR03 as they process the wd25 specification and schemas for publication as Energy Interoperation CSD02 and if possible to eliminate the included EMIX and/or WS-Calendar schemas. The PDF version is definitive. The second to last sentence, in bold , is what we're accomplishing with this electronic ballot, should it pass. The URI and 25 in bold were updated to the correct package URI and 26 . Motion 5 was I move to issue OASIS Energy Interoperation 1.0 Committee Specification Draft 02 for a fifteen-day Public Review, and direct the Chair and TC Administrator to perform the necessary actions for that Public Review to start as soon as practicable. There will be no effect on the publication schedule; and the TC Administrator fully understands that with the changes below he can start work immediately on the document.
