WD28, to provide a clean slate for some upcoming work.
Incorporates Gerry Gray?s work on standardizing service patterns
Does not yet have Definitions, published earlier today in a contribution. Suggestions as to where and how to include are welcome.

Need to meld Use of EMIX and Time (chapter 4) with the work on streams and standardizations of time, once those get some comments.
