WRT http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ENERGYINTEROP-511 - we need more clarity on establishing VEN/VTN relationships; we've had earlier on-list discussions about discovery mechanisms, but the sense of the group seemed to be post 1.0 . Please look at the Jira item, WD28, and post comments on both what canceling registration means (does it affect existing VEN/VTN relationships?) and the establishing/discovery of [potential] VEN/VTN relationships.
