Pim - Would making the [EDINT] reference informative (and including a reference to the RFC) address that issue? Since that reference target says don't cite it normatively, it would seem to be good to change to Non-Normative (and perhaps include the RFC that's related?). Is this also a matter of making the references parallel to the AS4/MS references?
