Submitter's message WD04 Please focus on two areas: Tables 2.1, 2.2 are somewhat edited, and if we can agree to them, then they are the basis for revamping the rest of the document New Section 3 recapitulates profiled semantics from other standards, restates them in terms of Resource/Product/Instrument. If these are ready to go, we can begin creating all of the messages and UML (Section 4 and On). Pay particular attention to the text highlighted in Pink/Purple. These are the changes the Editor seeks consensus on Do not bother with anything after Section 3; they will all need re-writing after we get the first sections right. As before, the Yellow Highlights are reminders of work-to-do. There has been some tightening in Section 1, making more consistent explication of the Actor Model, both internally and with the wider use of the term. I think there is one more pass, there, and welcome comments on any remaining confusion there. Those can be sent to the list, as getting through Section 2, Section 3 in the meeting is the first priority.
