Hi, It looks impossible to set a time that meets everyone schedule ;( plus I need to fix a meeting room with phone service today. I have confirmation from Ann, June and John for: Tuesday 17 April: 12:45 - 2:45PM EDT, 9:45AM - 11:45AM PDT. It looks like Abbie will be able to make part of the call as well, once he lands. Arshad, The 4:00-6:00PM EDT (Tuesday) time frame is when we meet with NIST (3:30PM-4:00PM) and we move to the reception (another location) where I have a booth for IDtrust, and they have no flexibility, sorry. Here is the agenda so far but feel free to send your items for discussion and I'll clean this up and add them: 1. Election of Steering Committee Chair 2. Budget to include requests for both IDtrust TCs: PKIA (Stephen's PKI research and budget he submitted) and EKMI TCs. Arshad had 2 questions on this for discussion: A) Funding request for Arshad Noor to attend the ISACA International conference in Singapore in July, as requested in the EKMI-TC budget request. Arshad's paper on EKMI has been accepted by the ISACA International conference committee. B) Discussion about EKMI workshop at the ISACA Regional Conference in San Francisco in September 2007. 3. Peter is speaking. I'd like to attend and host a booth for the IDtrust MS, they are sending me exhibiting costs. Ann has feedback on cooperation with this group. c. EEMA, http://www.eema.org/downloads/annual07/annual07cfp.pdf, we might have a variety of options here, I am checking with EEMA. e. I might be able to get a pre-conference workshop slot but they are deciding if they will accept the OASIS XACML InterOp in a Hospitality Suite. The IDtrust MS could sponsor the refreshments, I know XACML is not under our umbrella but we (IDtrust MS) would get visibility in the Suite as I would have posters made indicating our sponsorship and IDtrust datasheets.
