BOOTH SPACE DETAILS:
OASIS reserved Booth 732, a 10x20’ space - http://www.rsaconference.com/2011/usa/for-sponsors-and-exhibitors/2011-floor-plan.htm.  Each participating company will receive table space (approximately 3’ in size), a chair, electricity, internet connectivity and space on the demo literature rack.  
COMPANY SIGNAGE:
OASIS will provide all booth signage in order to ensure fairness and consistency.  All signage will be forwarded to the group for approval, prior to printing.  Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions regarding signage.
  
EQUIPMENT:
Participating companies will be responsible for bringing their equipment to the event (shipping information will follow soon).  Due to booth space constraints, we would like each company to consider bringing a monitor no more than 24 inches in size (if possible). Computer monitors are available to rent onsite. Please contact me directly for that information. 
SHOW FLOOR SCHEDULE:
Our space will be available for set-up and testing on Monday, 14 February from 8:00-4:00 PM.  The show will open for a special reception Monday evening.  Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup and dismantle times.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Each Interop participating company is entitled to receive two “Exhibitor Badges” for the event. Please forward the names of your two individuals (including all their contact details) to me by January 8^th.   A confirmation note will follow shortly after.
