Below are a few announcements and reminders regarding the upcoming demonstrations. Please be sure to review all the information below. FREE SHOW PASSES – sign up deadline 24 February Please share our Free Expo Pass Code – “EC12OAS” with your customers and prospects. SHOW FLOOR SCHEDULE Our space will be available for set-up and testing on Monday, 27 February from 8:00-4:00 PM. The show will open for a special reception Monday evening. Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup and dismantle times. Monday, February 27 Setup & Testing: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Networking and Welcome Reception: 6 :00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 28 Show Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Expo Pub Crawl: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 29 Show Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday, March 1 Show Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Dismantle: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM REGISTRATION Each participating company is entitled to receive two “Exhibitor Badges” for the event. If you haven’t done so yet, please forward the names of your two individuals (including all their contact details) to me ASAP. A confirmation note from RSA should follow shortly after. Please let me know if you don’t receive one. BOOTH SPACE LAYOUT The OASIS Standards Showcase is located in Booth 128 (KMIP) and Booth 129 (XACML) - http://www.rsaconference.com/events/2012/usa/for-sponsors-and-exhibitors/2012-floor-plan.htm . Each participating company will receive table space (approximately 3’), a chair, electricity, internet connectivity and space on the showcase literature rack. Our booth space seating diagram is attached again for review. COMPANY SIGNAGE We are putting the finishing touches on the booth space signage. The signage will be forwarded to the group for approval soon. PRESS RELEASE The OASIS/RSA press release schedule was distributed to the group last week. Carol Geyer will be circulating the first draft and further instructions around February 3 rd . In the meantime, please feel free to contact Carol Geyer directly with any questions – [email protected]. EQUIPMENT As a reminder, participating companies will be responsible for bringing their own equipment to the event, including internet cables. Due to booth space constraints, we would like each company to consider bringing a monitor no more than 24 inches in size (if possible). Computer monitors are available to rent onsite. Monitor rental information is attached. COMPANY LITERATURE OASIS will be providing a informational flyer for each demo, as well as related technical committee materials. In addition, each company is welcome to provide their own company literature at their designated table space and/or in the booth space literature racks. SHIPPING INFORMATION Advance Shipping to the Warehouse OASIS Standards Showcase / Booth #128/129 RSA CONFERENCE 2012 C/O Freeman 245 S. Spruce Ave. S. SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94080 Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, January 23, 2012 at the above address. Material arriving after Wednesday, February 15, 2012 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Direct to the Show Site OASIS Standards Showcase / Booth #128/129 RSA CONFERENCE 2012 C/O Freeman Moscone Center 747 Howard St. San Francisco, CA 94103 Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Friday, February 24, 2012 . Do not ship materials direct to Moscone Center prior to your target move-in date. Shipments arriving before your assigned date/time may be refused or assessed an off target surcharge fee. Any charges incurred for off-target freight accepted by Freeman will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to the items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. A final reminder will be distributed before the event.
