Initial Interop results

Hi folks, I'm still constructing the full set of results but I have attached the initial set of results that require attention. At this stage I have attached the TTLV results as this contains the bulk of the contentious items and the other encodings appear to be a subset of the issues here so my hope is to resolve the items in TTLV and carry across the resolutions such that I'm not wasting everyone's time watching me drive a spreadsheet on the call. Please note that I have only included those tests cases for which we have an unresolved error between at least two client/server pairs - there's little point reviewing those items for which there are no errors. The Client and Server sheets contain the same data, just arranged by client or server - we should only need to amend one of these sheets in the first review. My hope is that in context the of the results from other implementations, we can clean up these results pretty quickly. The plan, on reviewing these items is to ensure we have no red or yellow cells remaining. I look forward to speaking to you on the first review call in about 3.5 hours from now.
