Booth Decisions
Hi Folks,
Following on from my email last week about the outstanding booth
logistics decisions, I've included (below) the consensus reached
on today's call.
If anyone has any further comments, please reply to the group
with your views so these items can be settled ASAP.
Chairs - we have three options
1.) One chair per pod;
2.) Two or three chairs to share;
3.) No chairs.
Consensus - Option 2 - a shared seating area in between
the pods for quick breaks.
Lead Retrievals - we have three options
1.) Centralize 2 lead retrieval devices with OASIS (for use by all
participants equally)
2.) BYO lead retrieval device;
3.) No devices used in the booth (as per last year).
Consensus - Option 2 - BYO Device
