Thank 
you Roger for your comments. I will be reviewing them all and posting a revision 
on Monday. I very much appreciate your thoughts and the clarity that your 
skillful editing brings to the process and the results.
 
I 
focused my work over this week on the how the requirements can flow cleanly 
into the Court Filing conceptual architecture. 
 Specifically,  I have looked at what data structures are needed to 
carry the constraints and how WEB and  allied standards that can 
be used in its support.
 
I am 
now looping back to the requirements.
