Two minor comments:


- Catherine Plummer is proposed as an author of the work.  Is she a member of our TC?  (I know that she is a member of the integrated justice TC).  I believe that authors of our TC work products need to be members of the TC.

- The review and comment period states that comments should be made to the process models subcommittee list.  I believe we discussed in Las Vegas that this subcommittee's work would be discussed on the TC list.

Otherwise, I concur with the SOW.
