Here is a revised draft of the OXCI EFM Architecture 
for those who are interested in the technical details of the OXCI 
implementation.  The main changes are considerably more detail in Section 
IV on the system architecture. 
 
Unfortunately, the schemas are still in development and 
will take a few more days.  I will send these to you by early next 
week which should still provide an opportunity for review and comment before the 
February meeting.
