Great, I hope this will be a real opportunity for members to get a 
concentrated look at the various projects underway.  If those members who 
are planning to present would like to contact me (christopher.smith@jud.ca.gov or 
415-865-7416), we can work out a schedule for providing materials prior to the 
meeting.  Ideally, I would like materials around April 19.  
Alternatively, once I have a list of the names of those planning to present, I 
can distribute a template which each presenter can fill out.
