There is no question that we are going to have to 
deal with several forms of referencing.  I anticipate TIFF images are going 
to be submitted due to paper scanning of evidence for the next several 
years.  Also, we have not clearly overcome many other paper issues 
such as notarized versions, original copies, and so forth that 
will require creative reference methods that need to be standardized.  As 
we move to influence the ABA, Judges, and so forth, we need to recognize the 
various methods, will require an adoption time which is dependent on 
word processing enhancements and viewing tools that support what we request 
through our development of legal standards for referencing.  I know that 
GJXDM has methods of describing a gun, but I do not know if it has methods of 
referencing where it is located and how it can be accessed.
