Per suggestion from Robert O'Brien, I have posted this DTD from LexisNexis
CA (Quicklaw).  It may be of interest to others.

Document Description:
This is the LegalXML 1.x DTD that is in use with Canadian courts and
LexisNexis CA (Quicklaw).
