I posted these documents from the DOJ reconciliation effort to the Court
Filing discussion list a couple of days ago.  They fully describe the
reconciliation effort sponsored by the Global Justice Information
Network Advisory Committee.

For your information, I attach the most recent versions of the
reconciled elements from the DOJ sponsored process.  The zip and pdf
files are the same document -- on in Microsoft Access and the other in
pdf.  Before you start printing one of those documents, be aware that
the dictionary is 326 pages long.

The reconciled elements have changed since we adopted the 1.1 version of
Court Filing, since AAMVA (American Association of Motor Vehicle
Administrators) was invited to participate in the reconciliation
process.

Marty Halvorson represented us during two meetings with now four
organizations to incorporate changes and additional elements needed by
AAMVA.  There are 98 new data elements in the dictionary.  I have
received no indication from Marty that the recent changes created any
problems for us.  The pdf document has a list at the end of all data
elements added or changed from prior versions.

With Marty's departure from an active role in Court Filing, Robin Gibson
will represent us in future technical reconciliation discussions.  I
will be attending a meeting of the Global XML Standards Subcommittee on
May 2 as the representative of the OASIS Legal XML member section to
discuss the larger questions of how the reconciled dictionary will be
maintained and carried forward in the future.
