Agenda

Review LegalXML Steering Committee Proposal
- Overall liked approach
- LegalXML Inc issue will be dropped from the document. Will keep current
unexpired board.
- Discussion meaning of long lived.
- Landed on Long Lived TC Chairs plus up to three at large with 1 year
terms. Will add a proposal for representiveness approach for the at large
members.
- Don will get updated proposal out on Monday.

Review Technical Committee & Charter Progress
- Court Filing - John Greacen - via Don - Went very well. The group has been
reenergized
- Integrated Justice - David Roberts - Not in attendance - Don will check
with Dave.
- EContracts - Dan Greenwood - Near launch with charter - By July 19th.
- Transcripts - Eddie O'Brien - Don proposed temporality moving it under
Court Filing as sub committee as an interim step. This would perhaps be in
keeping with the electronic court record concept. Don will talk to Eddie.
- Legislation & COAX-II - Daniel Bennett - Chet Ensign (LN) will be
contacting Dan to move this forward. Don will be contacting Francis Fuca
(West) to join in this effort. Another group to be contacted is the
Administrative Codes association. LN in coordination with Ken Hanson (UT)
will move this along via and informal presentation at their August
conference.
- ODR-XML - Online dispute resolution - EC will assist in getting this
going.
- ENotarization TC - Charter to SC - 

Review Status LegalXML Inc. - Refund of $2,600 from GA TECH - Not sure if we
should cash the check. Refund of fee to ABA should lead to ABA membership in
OASIS soon. 
LegalXML Board - Current Board will remain until dissolution. This is
targeted for December 31, 2002.

Discuss Global Interaction - Needs to be done for next meeting.

Change July and August meetings to Wednesdays

- August 21 - 5-6 PM EDST
- September 10 - 5-6 EDST
- October 1 - 5-6 EDST
