Eddie - I don't want your work to expire and I think it is close
enough to finished that it can be put over the finalization line with
little more effort.  So, (while I don't really know anything about
transcripts), I'll agree to act as a Chair long enough to facilitate
agreement on a final standard among those who are participating and
interested provided that you agree to take an informal leadership role
in terms of supervising the content and indicating what is good or
bad.  However, I am confident that somebody will step forward to act
as a Chair (either as a stand alone TC or as part of a Court Filing
subcommittee).  I'll happily relinquish the role to someone else who
may step forward later - but I'd prefer to have someone else start
with it.  Bottom line: you worked on this a lot and payed more dues
that are fair and I will have enough time this fall to at least act as
a group facilitator.  So, you have my offer if you want and need it.
