The following is the information provided by Conference Calls Unlimited.

Based on the vote taken by the OASIS LegalXML steering committee on
8/21/2002 to begin service, I request that you enter into the agreement
below in support of the TCs in the member section. At $195 per month this
was cheaper than any of the services that I scanned on the internet.
Further, John Messing and Dan Greenwood have been involved in conference
calls that use this service and have been happy with them. As it is a moth
to month arrangement we can revisit this if need or opportunities require.
