Steering Committee: I suggest that in 1.b.b the at-large members are elected "by" the membership rather than "from" the membership. If the intent is really to say "from" then this is redundant with the last sentence of 1.a. (steering committee members must be members of OASIS), plus you would still have to specify who it is that is doing the voting. BTW, FYI and FWIW :-) I've attached a draft template for the RoP that we'll be suggesting to other proposed member sections. The prior template didn't cover a lot of the governance issues, as you have discovered, so I've prepared a version that I hope will be useable for future orgs that come to OASIS.
