The wording that you state you like is flat out wrong and would be taken as
an insult by most of the LegalXML community. Such a message would create
anger where non is needed!

These words are being attributed to me, Don Bergeron! They are not my
thoughts they are unacceptable and hurtful. We need better language.

I would rather say: "As part of OASIS, LegalXML has increased the rate of
creation of requirements and drafts that will become OASIS LegalXML
Standards. The Court Filing standard is undergoing
interoperabity testing and the definition of interoperabity testing is being
itself refined, standardized and documented in the process! The
significantly better technical support for Standards
Efforts that OASIS provides has greatly assisted this process.  Further we
have gained much from the
documented process of OASIS and from the sound advice of Karl Best and other
members of the OASIS management staff. These new technical committees are
developing the standardized structures and vocabularies that are necessary
for the exchange of legal information. OASIS LegalXML will keep listening
actively to the Legal Community to make sure that our standards are both
efficient and effective."
