Hi Karl,

In the transcripts group I have a web site posting that has arranged a
meeting for October 2002 Tuesday, 15th October, 5:00 pm USA EST.

Do I now need to move this date as well in accordance with the 30 day
rule.

I wasn't aware of this policy and I'm now trying to understand the
intention. Surely the key issue is that the TC membership are adequately
aware of a date and agreeable to it. Not sure why an arbitrary 30 days
needs to be applied?

I'm not trying to be a rebel rouser but it takes a long time to
coordinate a date that works for the majority of the TC members.
