Karl,

I've got everyone's schedules figured out now (finally).

Assuming the notice must be 45 days, we'd like to have the
re-scheduled first formal meeting of the e-contracts TC either:

Monday, November 25th at 5pm Eastern Time (New York City).

Or, if the notice period need only be 30 days, then:

Wednesday, November 13th at 5pm Eastern Time (New York City).
