I have just received the July financial statement from OASIS. I am not allowed to redistribute it. So I extracted our information from the report and show it below:
12/31/03 carry over $42,599.30 YTD net income 27,763.36 Available funds 70,362.66 Deferred revenue 23,772.00
My understanding of deferred revenue is what will be credited to us over the remaining months of the year from dues already paid.
The report does not have a line for expenditures. Perhaps they are already reflected in the YTD net income. Roger – You may want to inquire about this. Further for you, Roger – That is a plausible explanation, because our net income per month for the first seven months is less than $4000; for the remainder of the year the deferred revenue works out to almost $4800 per month. The difference would be expenditures. But that would account only for about half of what we have spent ($800 X 7 months = $5600 compared to $12,200).
Bottom line – By the end of the year we will have $94,000 available with planned expenditures of $38,000 or less, depending on how much of our $12,000 expenditures for the second quarter have already been entered on the books. We should have plenty for the consultant(s).
