We have a very full agenda, which will include:
- Status of technical consultant recruitment – Jamie Clark - Final 2005 spending plan as amended by the chair – John Greacen - Status of TC quarterly status reports for our OASIS quarterly report – John Greacen - odrxml TC (plan to transfer activity to ECFTC for the time being; need to resolve Debi Miller-Moore’s Steering Committee membership in that event.) - Contracts TC (we have received a response from Dan Greenwood reporting that the TC is close to releasing a 1.0 specification, taking responsibility for past nonresponsiveness, and promising that Dave Marvit will provide timely status reports in the future) - Status of LegalXML Member Section TCs – Jamie Clark - need for systematic revision of TC charters - obtaining needed assistance for some of our TCs (see Dan Greenwood’s request for help in obtaining the involvement of key vendors in vetting the Contracts 1.0 specification.) - OASIS proposed changes to the TC process (see OASIS website for details) – John Greacen - OASIS proposed membership agreement – John Messing - Plans for Las Vegas face-to-face meeting and financial support needed – Robin Gibson and Roger Winters - Other items of interest to members
