Don and Roger are right about the time. I keep screwing this up. Please replace all previous emails concerning the conference call for next Wednesday with the one below, with the correct time – 2:00 to 3:00 pm Eastern time.

Our next teleconference is scheduled for next Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Eastern time. The details and tentative agenda are below:

These are the items that I have for the agenda:

- resolution of the reimbursement policy (we have alternative drafts from Winters, Messing, Greacen, and Gannon to reconcile)

- resolution of 2005 strategic plan (Greacen proposal with suggestions from Powell and Messing)

- what to do with $1,290 that I received last week from Jim Keane, representing the funds remaining in the account of Legal XML, Inc. Jim suggests that we use it to pay for Eric Tingom’s services. Can I simply endorse the check to eCorridor and have OASIS deduct that amount from the first invoice from eCorridor?

- availability of free conference calling. One of my colleagues has brought to my attention that the conference calling service for which we pay $200 per month is now available free on the Internet – check out http://www.freeconference.com/ConferenceCall.asp

Is there any reason for us not to convert to that service and save a couple of thousand bucks a year?

- follow up with Jamie Clark on pending issues with OASIS – automatic assignment of LegalXML TCs to correct IP status, new governmental memberships, elimination of tasks and schedules from charters, Jamie’s discussion with Robin about KAVI’s handling of documents

I hope that we do not have to discuss quarterly status reports. I have not heard from eContracts, eNotary and odrXML yet.
