LegalXML MS SC,

At the OASIS Board meeting last week, we decided to invite the Steering
Committee Chair (or their designate) of each OASIS Member Section to meet
with the OASIS Board on the morning of 27 April.  The Board meeting will
take place at the Marriott in New Orleans where the OASIS Symposium, AGM and
TC meetings are taking place. This MS Review session will take place for
approximately 2 hours and we are tentatively setting the time for 9-11am CT.

The Board is looking for a presentation (15 minutes) from each Member
Section with Q&A followed by open discussion on ways the Board and staff can
better support the member sections.  We would like for you to cover your
goals (program) for 2005 and your budget.  We will have sent you your Q1
results in mid April, so a slide on accomplishments of Q1 against 2005 goals
would be useful also.  Your presentation should conclude with any comments
(negative or positive), suggestions or issues your MS SC has on staff &
management support, TC operations, adoption services, Board policies, etc. .

We are hoping that all of your member section Steering Committee will be in
attendance at the Symposium and that all of your TCs will be meeting that
week. Of course our Board Directors will be in attendance at the Annual
General Member meeting Tuesday evening followed by reception, where you all
can meet the Directors and staff in a more informal setting.

Please discuss this invitation at your next Steering Committee meeting and
let me know who will be representing your MS at this session on 27 April.
