The $30 charge is not discretionary with each TC.  It is an
across the board deal.  OASIS will make exceptions on an individual hardship
basis.  

 

So, all attendees of the IJTC and the ECFTC will have to pay
the charge.  We really do not have the discretion to decide to go out to lunch
instead.
