Funny thing is that clicking on a link in the message Kavi sends to eligible voters, then on the "YES" option on the ballot itself, then completing the electronic vote -- those steps likely take less time than it takes to write one another our respective opinions and responses in this discussion. 

On the other hand, we may learn from it that there's no need to get all formal except on particularly difficult matters.
