Event Description:
Participants must dial in and are responsible for any long distance
charges. Dial-in number is 1-712-580-1800 Access: 13518. The
www.freeconference.com service limits meetings to 55 minutes. If
another group is scheduled to follow ours, warnings will be announced
during our meeting.

Agenda:

1. Roll call
2. Adoption of minutes
3. Report on Member Section finances by John Messing - see attachment
4. Report from Roger Winters on discussions with OASIS staff re:
"Section membership for voting and other purposes"
5. New IPR policies of TC's
   a. Report from the eNotary TC regarding pending motion for adoption
of RF on Limited IPR Mode by the TC; request for position from the
Steering Committee on the same; description by Jamie Clark of the
relevant procedures and methods.
   b. LegalXML member section stance on acceptable member TC IPR modes,
rules for enforcement and timelines for adoption.
6. Vice Chair position
7. New business.
8. Adjourn

Note: In a possibly classic example of myopia, I set this call for a
time when I myself will be travelling. I will call in on my cellphone
and anticipate few problems, but I may be passing through cell
communication dead zones, and will not have easy access to the agenda,
so please be prepared for some awkwardness, including possible
