I think these are good suggestions. Do you have some language regarding
COSCA NACM that can be plugged in?

I think there may be a typo in the sentence: "These terms do not
preclude use of an electronic signing or seal technology by a notary
that in whole or in part is engaged and/or hosted remotely with a
machine that is in the possession of the electronic notary." I think
the word "not" was left out inadvertently before "in the possession" so
that the sentence should read:

These terms do not preclude use of an electronic signing or seal
technology by a notary that in whole or in part is engaged and/or
hosted remotely with a machine that is *not* in the possession of the
electronic notary.
