I'm sorry Dee, I may not have fully understood your question. If you are proposing to manually add the paying members who did not use the self-subscription web-based system to the list of eligible voters for this ballot pending the proper use of the self-subscription system by the users themselves, I have no objection. Assuming I have stated the issue correctly, is there any objection from anyone else to this proposal? If I have misstated the issue, could you please correct me? Thank you. >
