IJ TC status

John and David,

At the LegalXML Steering Committee yesterday, we discussed the status of the IJ TC. The consensus seems to be to have the committee go into a "dormant" status until the TC has a clear set of objectives. According to Dee Schur, this is a fairly simple process - she will be sending us information on that process.

Not to confuse things, but as a Member Section, we are looking to identify a TC to lead LegalXML coordination with NIEM. This may be a future role for the IJ TC.
