The following are the immediate items the eCourt Filing TC is considering for budget requests to the LegalXML steering committee. Jim, Eric, and I will coordinate to come up with solid estimates on these items.
Court Technology Conference 2009 (CTC) – September
- Assisting Implementers to Attend ECF 4.0 Solutions Sharing Session (SSS) hosted by TC
NIEM Training Conference
- Send TC representative to assist Jim Cabral with Presentation (if NIEM Training Conference approves presentation for us)
NACM Annual Conference
- Send TC representative to assist Jim Harris with Presentation (if NACM approves a presentation for us)

Attached is the agenda for this Wednesday’s conference call of the LegalXML Steering Committee. I apologize for the late reminder but my responsibilities with the recent PRIA Winter Symposium had me distracted from my usual follow-up on the LegalXML side.
