RE: Draft of a universal citation standard problem statement

Chet, The LegalXML Steering Committee met today and agreed that this TC should clearly be within the LegalXML Member Section due to potential connections and overlaps with existing LegalXML TCs. We suggested sharing the draft charter with the other LegalXML TCs (ECF, LegalRule, LegalDocument) to help identify participants and overlaps in scope. Are we ready to share this draft within the Member section or should we expect another revision first? MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
