Chet, The LegalXML Steering Committee is meeting this afternoon to draft a 2013 budget for the Member Section. I am wondering about the status of the new Universal Citation TC and whether we should reserve some funds to help draft a specification. Do you have any suggestions? MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
