Proposed changes to LegalXML MS Rules of Procedure

LegalXML Steering Committee: Please review and comment on the proposed changes to the LegalXML Member Section Rules of Procedure. https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legalxml-sc/download.php/69112/OASIS%20LegalXML%20Member%20Section%20Rules%20of%20Procedures%202021-10-04%20proposed%20revisions.docx I will call for approval of these changes, and any other suggested revisions, at our next Steering Committee meeting on November 3.  Once we approve these changes, they will also require approval by the OASIS Board of Directors. MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
