Thank you, Frederick, for this adjustment (though I have to confess that I don't quite understand the meaning and purpose of the square brackets around information technology .) As regards the issue of OASIS work being driven by its members, this can be rendered meaningless if there is no document circumscribing what the members can do, or who can be a member. For instance, I doubt anybody would say that because the USA is a representative democracy driven by its citizens' votes there is no need for a constitution...In the case of OASIS, you not only need a Bylaws document, you also need a well-written one.
