Hi Rodolfo,

Thank you for your feedback. The conformance clause is currently being 
reworked and will be hopefully more clear. The variants to the complete 
OAXAL stack will be defined in the 'Best Practices' document which will 
be produced once the Reference Document has been approved. We will keep 
you informed of progress.
