Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Updated: (ODATA-179) Adapt OData inter document references to new work product structuring of core
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ODATA-179?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Stefan Drees updated ODATA-179:
-------------------------------
Description:
Note: This issue might get cloned to quite a few work product issues to ensure, that each work product referenceing other OData artifacts does so in a way aligned with the new work product structuring we decided, namely in the "core arena".
In the current revision of the workproduct [odata-atom-format-v1.0-wd01-2012-11-27.doc](https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47557/odata-atom-format-v1.0-wd01-2012-11-27.doc) the section 1.2 Normative References reads (after the introductory phrase):
"""
[OData-ABNF] OData ABNF Construction Rules Version 4.0. DD Month 2013. OASIS
Committee Specification Draft 01. http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-abnf-
construction-rules/v4.0/csd01/odata-abnf-construction-rules-v4.0-csd01.txt.
[OData-Core] OData Protocol Version 4.0. DD Month 2013. OASIS Committee Specification
Draft 01. http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.0/csd01/odata-v4.0-
csd01.doc.
[OData-CSDL] OData Common Schema Definition Language (CSDL) Version 4.0. DD Month
2013. OASIS Committee Specification Draft 01. http://docs.oasis-
open.org/odata/odata-csdl/v4.0/csd01/odata-csdl-v4.0-csd01.doc.
...
"""
which is not correct anymore, since:
[OData-CSDL] should resolve to/is described in Document Name "OData Core Part 3: CSDL, Version 1.0" (while the document itself states "OASIS OData Version 1.0 Part 3: CSDL") ...
[OData-ABNF] target has changed to a text file ... hwo do we reference this
[OData-Core] should now target Document Name "OData Core Part 1: Protocol, Version 1.0" also stated inside the relevant document)

As time goes by: Updated a few version literals vrom 1.0 to 4.0 and changed reference for ABNF to .txt.
