Returning a stream inline would require us to define not just syntax but also an encoding for the stream, representation in the different formats (i.e., is it a child of the atom link?), etc. For consistency we would also probably want a way to put the stream for a media entity inline as well, and we would have to invent further syntax for referencing that stream.

Today, clients can use $batch to retrieve
