Having both "JSON Format" and "JSON Format for CSDL" may cause confusion.

In 4.1 we could e.g. merge the two JSON documents in one, or split the CSDL document in a "Conceptual Model" part and an "XML representation for CSDL" part, keeping "Protocol, URL, and Conceptual Model" as Core specs and having all payload format specs (XML/Atom Data, XML CSDL, JSON Data, JSON CSDL) separately
